What should I EXPECT: New clients to MegaCore can anticipate an invigorating and transformative experience in every class you take. From the moment you step into our studio, you'll be greeted by our supportive and knowledgeable instructors who will guide and encourage you throughout your session. Be prepared to embark on a dynamic journey that combines high-intensity, low-impact movements, deliberate muscle engagement, and continuous core activation. Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire you, fostering an environment where you can push your limits, build strength, enhance flexibility, and achieve noticeable and lasting results. Expect a sense of accomplishment, empowerment, and camaraderie as you embrace the MegaCore way of reaching your fitness goals.
Arrive early: All new clients should arrive 10 MINUTES EARLY, so that we can welcome you and explain the MEGA to you!
Should I take a group or private: MegaCore does not require you to start with private sessions as all classes are designed for a small group setting. Each client will have their own machine in class, and thus each exercise may be “adapted” to suit their current fitness level. If you are feeling uneasy and intimidated, an initial private session is recommended. Additionally, MegaCore offers “MegaCore Learn & Burn” Classes, which are still a full body workout done on the Megaformer, but is only 35 minutes and is taught with fewer transitions and focuses on positioning, structure, and understanding of each exercise/movement.
